stocked minibarevening fruitshaded section
the room included a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks. turndown service delivered fresh fruit each evening. the air conditioning system maintained a consistent, comfortable temperature. we appreciated the well maintained premises! the pool area featured ample seating and shaded sections.
i found that the gym equipment, while functional, could use some updating.

they promptly addressed requests. laundry service returned clothes clean and neatly folded. the hotel also provided complimentary tuk-tuk service to the city center.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and cozy. I loved the pool and the happy hour cocktails. The service really seemed like it met resort standards.
I noticed the breakfast options did not quite meet the price point.

We stayed for a few nights. the breakfast was amazing. free cocktails at happy hour was also amazing. the staff were excellent. They were friendly and efficient. nothing was too much trouble for them.
the room had not been maintained well, and it was not clean. the furniture in the room had some stains. the bedside tables were not cleaned properly. half of it still had dust over it.
